I'd like to love you baby and Keep my other baby too Put my arms around you That's all I want to do If the sun don't shine tomorrow I know I've got you. I'd like to love you baby and Keep my other baby too Sometimes my baby's sleeping Sometimes she's not around Sometimes I look to find her I know she'll put me down Oh, won't you let me hold you.

J.J. Cale's signature laid back, bluesy style of Country Rock has distinguished him from contemporary early '70s singers. His unique sound shows on his third album Okie (), where he merges these influences with Gospel. His influence on other artists lead to multiple cover versions of "Got The Same Old Blues" with Freddie King, Eric Clapton, Captain Beefheart, Bobby Bland, Lynyrd Skynyrd.

I'd say that you'd do a lot better by getting "Naturally" and "Really" than any "best of", anthology or live album. Maybe "Troubador" would round it out with "Cocaine", but you start getting away from the real meat of J.J.'s sound and into filler with the other albums. J.J.'s music can be witty, foot-tapping ditties, or can be absolutely boring/5(30).
